• Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• To place an exchange request, visit our website. Scroll down to the footer and click on "Request Return", then enter your order details to proceed.

Please Note:Exchanges/Return will only be allowed once against an order ID.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

• Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped. Customers can be place the request by sending a mail to support@abhishti.com  or call/whatsapp us at 9999180315 In case of prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the account within 10 days.

CANCELLATION BY ABHISHTI

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

If your order (or any part of it) is canceled, we will notify you and may request additional information if needed.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

The customer agrees not to dispute Abhishti's decision regarding order cancellations.
