Returns & Exchange
Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped. Customers can be place the request by sending a mail to support@abhishti.com or call/whatsapp us at 9999180315. In case of prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the account within 10 days.
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong / damaged/ partial product please raise a replacement / return request refer to the below link https://www.abhishti.com/apps/return_prime.

Note:-
We need an unboxing video to claim a return for a damaged /wrong/ missing product.
Returns for damaged/wrong/ missing products that do not include an unboxing video will not be accepted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Abhishti, you can return the product to us. Though, you need to place return request within the 15 days once the order is delivered. These returns are booked by us FREE OF CHARGE. If there is any issue in booking the returns , then we would request you to ship the same to us and we will refund the shipping amount to your account. Please note that we allow returns/exchanges only ONCE for a particular ID irrespective of the number of pieces.Please note products under sale section are not eligible for return or exchange.
To return/exchange an order, refer to the link https://www.abhishti.com/apps/return_prime . If you face any issue, write to our customer care at support@abhishti.com. Please note, The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags,laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.

Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons,If product is out of stock or is discontinued Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order is cancelled or whole. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate
and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/sms
advising you on the new order confirmation.
